Cryogenic Dispersal is the title of the album behind which the combo consisting of Maurizio Bianchi / M.B. and Paolino Canzoneri, the first album that officially sees two different electronic personalities together.
Maurizio Bianchi is considered a true pioneer of experimental electronics, especially industrial. An eclectic musician who made his first sound cry heard in the 80s with a vast discography made up of cassettes, very rare pearls today, vinyls and CDs still a destination for collectors and enthusiasts; since then he has produced a series of tapes and albums. Paolino Canzoneri in his experience as a non-musician as he likes to define himself, has always traveled through courageous and never banal musical territories, a 360 ° sound research through the sounds of modular synths and more. Behind him he also boasts numerous publications and collaborations with artists of various levels.
Cryogenic Dispersal is the work of two minds which, like the platforms of a railway station, have traveled on parallel lines for a long time, without ever meeting. Two tracks that suddenly reached a metaphysical coincidence, the point where everything comes together and the distance becomes a utopia. Maurizio Bianchi and Paolino Canzoneri have created a record that in four tracks, 72 minutes of music, contains the most intimate aspects of the human soul. Dark roads through the dark shores of consciousness, desolate lands through which elements of the surrounding landscape are articulated that manage to give color and shape to everything that is new and apparently abstract. Sounds that evoke the nature that moves, through a dynamism generated by a play of light and shadow. Everything subsides, it seems that the earth is missing under your feet, the echo of a scream inside a chasm in the center of the earth and then it calms down, there is rearrangement and silence.
Maurizio Bianchi talks about this album with strong and clear words: "An impressive album between electronic asperities and electrostatic whips. The titles of the four pieces represent an excellent common denominator since they have the coincidence of the events and this further excommunicates the proponents of badly assisted fatality. The music possesses a deep and disintegrative substance of purely metallic sound with dense industrial nebulosities that blend with synthetic expressive intensity".
An intimate, intense album that must be listened to since it was created by two minds capable of catapulting the listener to unknown corners of the human mind.
